This briefly describes the Silicon Valley Wireless Users & Experimenters (SVWUX) project to help expand its long-distance hobby network project in cooperation with the volunteer-operated Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Services of the Cities of San Jose and Milpitas. (More cities may be added as we make contact with them.)
